Hi, I’m Ashley…

In addition to everything charcuterie, I also offer personal & private chef services, small event catering, and drop-off catering services.

Specializing in farm-to-table, Montana homestyle cooking, clients can take comfort knowing their guests will enjoy a beautiful, elegant presentation that’s sure to satisfy all their cravings, and dietary restrictions!

How it works.

 

Initial Meeting

As your Personal Chef, I want to learn what you like to eat and the vision for your gathering. With this information, I will suggest appropriate menus and help you select dishes for your cooking date.

Additionally, we offer tablescaping.....tableware can be provided as well

Lastly, we'll need to know whether you prefer family style, buffet style or plated food service.

 

Time to Gather

On the day of your event, I will arrive 2 hours before your meal service depending on your group size and menu choice.

Much of the prep work for your meal is done in my commercial kitchen.

Upon arriving, all I need is counter space, sink, working oven and some fridge space. When our time is over, we wrap up any leftovers for your enjoyment and leave your kitchen just as we found it.

For groups over six, I will be accompanied by my assistant to help with service and clean-up.

FAQ’s

What makes a personal chef different from a private chef?

Only one individual and/or family employs a private chef full-time for a decided period of time. A personal chef usually serves more than one client per day, and supplies multiple meals that are all custom made as per the clients requests or requirements. At Ranchmade Charcuterie, we offer both private and personal chef services.

Do you cater to dietary needs and preferences?

We can provide dairy-free, gluten-free, carnivore, keto and vegan options to your meal. Please let us know at the time of consultation.

What certifcations do you have?

I am a ServSafe Food Protection Manager and am licensed under Ranchmade Charcuterie LLC.
